　　北京晨报记者调查发现，被央视曝光的两家餐馆，价格确实不菲，但并非完全意义上的“高档餐厅”和“私密会所”。以乙十六店为例，根据大众点评网的信息，乙十六北海御膳堂店的人均消费822元，点评有50余条，大部分网友都是来此参加婚宴、寿宴的，普遍的评价是价格贵，但菜品的质量比较高，服务好。有消息称，演员胡军就是在乙十六御膳堂店给父母办的金婚家宴。

　　有网友分析认为，乙十六店基本都开在公园内，比如地坛公园、红领巾公园，因此“比普通的商务宴贵1.5倍，看来是贵在地皮上了”。记者注意到，乙十六御膳堂店邻近九龙壁，比邻太液湖，环境优美。

　　此前有消息称，乙十六御膳堂店可以团购，但是记者打电话咨询，对方表示“别的店可以团购，御膳堂店不行”。某网站负责市场营销的方翊先生日前请两位客户到此吃饭，3个人花了3000多元。“确实贵，但是小环境好，不易被打搅。我不认为这里是纯粹意义上的‘私密’或者‘高档’，否则我们普通老百姓不可能轻而易举地进来。”

　　北海御膳堂 1925年起就是餐厅

　　有园内的工作人员告诉北京晨报记者，乙十六所在的位置是北海的御膳堂，他表示，“这里历史上就是游客吃饭的地方，不应该算是把景点挪作他用吧。”

　　史料记载，御膳堂始建于清乾隆年间，是供帝后们拈香后用膳的所在。1925年北海公园开放后，膳房旧址租给商人开设仿膳茶点社，对外经营宫廷菜点，1954年歇业。1955年为了挖掘传统风味，北海公园管理处在此原址筹建重新开业。1973年御膳堂再次翻建，近几年又进行多次扩建。有园内工作人员告诉北京晨报记者，现在的御膳堂早就不是古建了，而是公园内的功能性建筑物，因此不存在占用公共资源的问题。

　　此次御膳堂饭庄被曝光并非第一次，去年11月底即有媒体指出御膳堂饭庄为高级会所。北海曾经公开回应称，御膳堂饭庄是公园与企业共同经营，其所用房屋为一般用房，并非古建，也非高档会所。2008年，御膳堂饭庄曾作为北京奥运会、残奥会公园系统定点餐饮接待场所。目前，其餐饮经营向市民开放。

　　对于央视曝光的另一家餐馆“上林苑”，有园内工作人员向北京晨报记者透露，这里原本是一个水电站，也并非旅游景点。
