　　京华时报讯 昨天，正义网授权发布《2013中国企业家犯罪报告》(以下简称《报告》)。《报告》披露，截至2013年12月31日，共搜集到企业家犯罪案件463例，涉案企业家共计599位。其中国企涉案110例，涉案企业家128人。

　　涉案企业家人大代表9人

　　在媒体报道的463起案例中，共有599名企业家涉案，其中370件案件皆为真名报道，有93例案件在报道中使用了化名或未用全名。在这些案件中，国企110例，涉案企业家128人，分别占总数的23.8%和21.4%。统计中涉案企业家在企业内任职务的592人中，总经理有224人，占37.8%。可核实身份的涉案企业家中，有28人身份较高。其中，人大代表9人(全国人大代表5人，省人大代表1人，市人大代表3人)；省政协委员和全国劳模各3人；获得市级以上荣誉称号13人。

　　国企企业家最易涉三宗罪

　　在企业家涉案的罪名分布方面，总共涉及77个具体罪名。主要有“破坏社会主义市场经济秩序罪”、“生产、销售伪劣商品罪”、“破坏金融管理秩序罪”、“金融诈骗罪”、“侵犯财产罪”、“贪污贿赂罪”等。其中，国企企业家犯罪频率最高的三项罪名与前年一致，为受贿罪、贪污罪、挪用公款罪。

　　在涉案企业的产业类型方面，金融投资61家；能源矿产开发和利用58家；制造与销售54家；房产建筑和销售44家。

　　犯罪企业家88%被判刑罚

　　在271名已判决的企业家中，可以确定具体判决结果的共计250人。其中，220人被判处6个月至20年不等的有期徒刑，占到全部判决企业家的88%。135名企业家被判处5年以上至20年以下的有期徒刑，占全部判决有期徒刑企业家的61.4%。14人被判处无期徒刑，占判决企业家总数5.6%；10位企业家被判处死刑，占判决企业家总数4%。企业家腐败犯罪案件中，81例为国企腐败案件，占国有企业家犯罪案件总数的73.6%；涉案企业家共96人，占总人数的75%。(正义网)
