  新华网杭州1月2日电(记者朱涵) 浙江大学最近设立了一笔教学促进津贴,一年预算2000万元,作为对专注于教学工作的教师的奖励。


  这笔津贴与教学(Education)相关,所以又被称为“E津贴”。能享受“E津贴”的主要是上优质课程的教师和开设跨学科、跨院系公共基础课程的教师。


  根据前两年的教学情况统计,第一批将有约500名老师拿到总额近800万元的奖金,2000万元中剩余的1200万元将与下一年的2000万元一起作为奖励资金。


  据了解,浙江大学教师岗位分为教学为主岗、科研为主岗、教学科研并重岗和社会服务岗等,岗位共分13级。约有三分之二的教师进入教学科研并重岗,他们在完成高水平科研的同时,还要完成规定数量的课程教学任务,否则就拿不到约占教学科研岗岗酬一半的教学津贴。


  浙江大学本科生院副院长陆国栋表示,对教师岗位进行分类的初衷是希望教师偏重教学,但设计初衷在实际上很难得到落实。


  “岗位和职称的评定中,教师的论文、专著发表数量非常重要,所以科研好的教师往往岗位定得高,教学就少。教学任务承担的多少在岗位津贴中也没有直接的体现。”陆国栋说。


  重科研、轻教学是目前高校中普遍存在的现象。陆国栋表示,浙江大学希望通过引导,逐步扭转这种现象,意在培养高校教学氛围的“E津贴”得到了不少专注教学的老师的支持,不少教学任务偏少或不愿承担教学任务的老师也表现出了很大积极性。


  除了E津贴之外,浙江大学还设有总额达到数百万的心平奖教金和优质教学奖,奖励上课多和上课好的教师。在2013年的教师节,就有两名教授因为常年为本科生上基础课且保持高水准,每人获得了高达100万元的奖励。
