　　近日，记者走访了一些郑州市内的高校，像河南农业大学、郑州轻工业学院的食堂，目前大部分高校的食堂都是分为两种，一种是学校来负责，一种是由个人来承包，学生大多都反映说，由个人承包的食堂一般菜品比较多，但是价格相对于学校内部的食堂要贵，而且卫生不能保证，但是学校的食堂也存在着一些问题，比如菜品比较单一，味道比较一般等等，比如在河南农业大学，同一个食堂里，一楼是学校内部的食堂，而在二楼就是由个人承包，每个窗口都是不同的承包人来负责，卫生条件令人堪忧。

　　近日，记者从郑州市食药监局了解到，今后学校食堂要逐步取消个人承包模式，收归学校直管或由专业餐饮公司托管。要减少管理层次，一所学校有两个或两个以上食堂，可以由两家以上的餐饮公司托管，但同一个食堂不得拆分由两家或两家以上餐饮公司经营，更不允许层层转包。最近一段时间，郑州市食品药品监督管理局将对高校开展全方位的检查。
