　　“今朝是2014年1月1日，邪气(很)高兴可以为倷(你们)颁发结婚证书。”上午9：30，在专门布置成老上海风情的颁证厅里，杨浦区民政局局长王莉静今天担任首位沪语颁证员，为新人王先生、赵小姐颁发结婚证。
