　　羊城晚报讯 记者郑诚报道：记者1日获悉，南海出台了《生猪养殖业污染减排专项资金奖励方案》，对推行资源化利用和全过程污染治理的规模化养殖场按规定给予资金支持。

　　在奖励对象方面，一是对2013—2014年建成污染治理设施或自行关闭的规模化生猪养殖场，符合要求并通过验收的，给予一定资金奖励。其中建成污染治理工程的、年出栏量3000头及以上的猪场，奖励资金为30万元/个；年出栏量1000—2999头的猪场奖励20万元/个；年出栏量500—999头的猪场奖励6万元/个。而那些自行关闭的养殖场，年出栏量3000头及以上的猪场，奖励10万元/个；年出栏量1000—2999头的猪场奖励7万元/个；年出栏量500—999头的猪场奖励2万元/个。

　　另外，方案也鼓励非禁养区内生猪散养场开展污染治理，其中2013—2015年建成污染治理设施并通过验收的生猪散养场，给予一定奖励。比如年出栏量200—499头的猪场，奖励4万元/个；年出栏量200头以下(不含本数)的猪场，奖励2万元/个。

　　在奖励资金的分摊上，区、镇(街道)分别占50%。

　　对于符合奖励条件的规模化生猪养殖场，可每年2月底向镇(街道)提出申请，生猪散养场于每年6月和12月向镇(街道)提出申请。镇(街道)收到申请后，按方案规定程序进行审查验收或上报区一级进行审查验收，通过验收的，按财政资金划拨规定程序将奖励资金拨给提出申请的养殖场。编辑： 牟青
