　　据《华商报》报道2013年12月30日，陕西汉中市卫生局干部张某在家中自杀。记者了解到，张某之前涉嫌挪用公款被刑拘，案件即将开庭。

　　昨日，记者从汉中市政府了解到，张某出生于1969年，曾任汉中市红十字会办公室副主任、市卫生局医政科负责人。2013年8月，汉中市纪委调查发现，张某存在利用职务之便，涉嫌挪用公款1000万元的问题。经查，2010年11月17日，张某填写了市红十字会转账支票并加盖印章，从市红十字会账户中将1000万元通过银行转入其弟开办的公司为其验资，8天后该资金转回市红十字会账户。

　　2013年8月27日，汉中市纪委研究将有关资料和案件线索移送汉中市检察院，市检察院于9月3日正式立案侦查，9月4日市检察院对张某以涉嫌挪用公款刑事拘留，9月14日对其取保候审，11月21日市检察院向汉中市中级法院依法提起公诉，法院即将进行开庭审理。

　　就在开庭前夕的2013年12月30日11时30分左右，张某在家中自杀身亡。
