　　新快报讯记者王永强报道 东莞市政府日前《东莞市条件准入类人才入户实施细则》(征求意见稿)。此份不足3000字的文件释放出一个重要信息：东莞市改变了此前一直收紧的“积分入户”政策，今后本科生入户东莞将不再限制。

　　按照政策的规定，具备全日制普通高等教育本科以上学历或全日制普通高等教育大专以上学历的应届毕业生均可以直接提出入户东莞的申请，资料审核通过后就可向相关部门申请办理户口迁移。

　　值得关注的是，东莞此次还同时公布《东莞市人才入户管理办法》和《东莞市积分制人才入户实施细则》，综合以上三份文件可以发现：符合人才入户申请准入条件的有关部门当场核发《东莞市人才入户卡》，年龄则放宽到了45周岁以下，社保也放宽到全省范围(8类特殊人才不作任何参保要求)，流程由60天缩减至17个工作日。
