　　“安徽最早在宣城市已经试点开展了棚户区改造安置房的共有产权制度，全省许多地市也已经开展此项工作。”安徽省住房和城乡建设厅住房保障处处长钟治峰介绍说，“对棚改安置房超出原有住房面积的部分，居民既可以通过购买来获得房屋全部产权，也可缴纳租金从而只享有部分产权。”

　　记者了解到，安徽省此番明确，棚户区改造安置住房产权归被征收人所有的，可按商品住房确认产权，各地可结合实际另行制定具体办法。同时，全省将积极探索棚户区改造安置住房共有产权制度，允许符合条件的城市低收入家庭购买部分产权。
