　　人民网深圳12月30日电(史维) 12月29日，深圳市出租车统一电召平台正式启用。该平台面向所有深圳区域用户，实行24小时全天运行，每次由驾驶员向乘客收取2元电召服务费。

　　深圳市交通运输委相关负责人介绍，深圳市近1.6万辆出租车均已配备电召终端，乘客可以通过多种方式享受电召服务。其中，市民可登陆深圳市交通运输委员会官方网站下载已接入电召中心的各类手机召车软件。此外，市民还可通过登陆网页(http：//www.sztb.gov.cn/)或拨打电话预约召车，电召号码统一为83168316。

　　为了提高召车双方守信程度，电召平台将逐步建立完善诚信机制。出租汽车驾驶员接单后拒绝载客的，经查实，由电召服务主管部门按照《深圳经济特区出租小汽车管理条例》第五十六条第一款“拒绝载客”的相关规定依法处理。出租汽车驾驶员提供电召服务情况及相关指标将纳入出租车驾驶员质量信息考评体系。
