河南公职人员开通微博人数全国第三|政务微博报告|新浪微博|公安_新闻资讯

　　本报讯(记者陈学桦)12月27日记者获悉，新浪网联合人民网舆情监测室共同发布《2013年新浪政务微博报告》。报告显示，目前新浪认证的政务微博总数超过10万个，较去年同期增加4万余个。其中，河南党政机构微博超3000个，全国排名第五；河南公职人员开通微博人数超2500人，全国排名第三。目前，新浪政务微博总数共计100151个，从地域分布来看，广东政务微博以9191个领先全国其他省份。我省以超过3000个的政务微博数量，在全国排名第五。

　　通过不断地摸索和尝试，政务微博逐渐实现从发布型到互动型、问政型、服务型的转变，应用发展模式更加多样化，网络问政服务体系逐步形成。

　　今年@微博洛阳牵头制定《洛阳市政务微博考核评分细则》，对全市政务微博进行考核，持续提升当地政务微博整体运营水平；发布“来串爱心烤面筋吧”微博，号召社会对患重病的小贩献爱心；在雾霾多发天，@微博洛阳与当地环保局合作，发布《走进洛阳PM2.5监测站》等一系列微博。@微博洛阳还将洛阳市有特色、有竞争力的优质产品，良好的投资环境和特色产业，以微访谈、微直播、微专题等多种形式在全国范围内广泛宣传推介。报告如是评价@微博洛阳，“是一个严厉的管理者，是正能量的传递者，是服务民生的贴心人，是经济效益的推动人”，这正是目前政务微博的多样化身份。

　　报告显示，除了日常运营，不少政务微博十分注重策划主题系列活动以促进政府与社会公众的互动，为网民提供更多服务。12月4日至6日，@平安中原携手河南省各级公安微博开展为期3天的“河南公安22条便民措施微博服务日”活动，省市县三级公安机关主要领导同时通过当地公安微博与网友交流互动，反响十分强烈。 报告公布了本年度十佳应用奖、影响力飞跃奖等9个系列榜及全国百大政务微博榜单，@平安中原、@豫法阳光、@平安洛阳等官方微博上榜“百大”。
