陕西富平贩婴案被告称第一个孩子卖2.16万元|陕西|贩婴案|张淑侠_新闻资讯

　　人民网渭南12月30日 12月30日上午9时，陕西省渭南市中级人民法院公开开庭审理富平县妇幼保健院医生张淑侠涉嫌拐卖婴儿案。

　　庭审现场，被告人张淑侠在回答审判长提问时称，2013年，产妇董某在富平县妇幼保健院进行产检的时候发现某项病理检查呈阳性，她就告知董某新生儿可能会被母体传染上传染病。董某分娩后，张淑侠告知董某，“新生婴儿患有先天性传染病及先天残疾”，董某及家人遂放弃了该新生婴儿。

　　庭审过程中，公诉人就该起案件向被告人张淑侠进行询问。

　　公诉人：你是如何将孩子带回家的？

　　被告人张淑侠：因为孩子有病，家属自愿放弃，我觉得太可惜，想起之前有个熟人在看病的时候说他认识一个人，儿子和女儿不能生孩子，想抱养一个，我就把孩子带回去了。

　　公诉人：对于家属放弃的婴儿，你们医院有处理规定吗？

　　被告人张淑侠：有

　　公诉人：那你按照规定处理了吗？

　　被告人张淑侠：没有

　　公诉人：孩子被抱走后是否给你钱了？

　　被告人张淑侠：给了

　　公诉人：给了多少钱？

　　被告人张淑侠：给了2万1千6百块钱。
