　　福建公安边防总队相关负责人介绍说，12月9日，该总队部署开展了为期半个月的打击成品油走私“净海风暴”行动，组织所属边防支队、海警支队，通过海上抓、岸边堵、陆上查，封堵成品油走私通道，切断海上过驳、陆路运输、销售链条，打击、震慑走私违法犯罪分子，。

　　12月9日，平潭边防支队获得线索，一艘由渔业捕捞船舶改装的油船将运载无合法手续成品油到平潭海域进行贩卖。该支队立即抽调警力前往平潭吉钓海域查缉。凌晨3时许，边防官兵在该海域发现这艘走私船舶，当场查获无合法、齐全手续成品油251吨。

　　开展“净海风暴”行动以来，福建边防部队共查获成品油案件33起，查扣涉案船舶10艘、车辆22辆、非法油罐(库)8个。
