诺基亚发布声明表示欢迎慕尼黑地区法院有关HTC产品侵犯了诺基亚EP 1 246 071专利权，有关手机使用USB功能的判决。诺基亚认为裁决是长久以来跟HTC的纠纷中，另一个重要的里程碑；赋予诺基亚强制HTC执行停止进口和销售所有侵权产品的权利，并且就过往的损失进行追讨。而且，相关官司亦在英国审理中。
