2013年12月23日，永嘉县卫生、防疫部门从家属方面的报告获悉，12月20日出生2个月的男婴张某某在永嘉县东瓯街道社区卫生服务中心接受注射了第二针乙肝疫苗后，于次日凌晨6时30分死亡。
