　　新华网北京12月28日电（记者张晓松）审计署28日向社会公布了19个县2010年至2012年财政扶贫资金分配管理和使用情况的审计结果。截至今年10月底，19个县共有123名相关责任人受到查处，其中判刑2人，受到党纪政纪处分78人，通报批评17人，诫勉谈话26人；另有24名责任人员的问题正在进一步调查处理中。

　　今年4月至5月，审计署组织派出审计局对云南省昌宁县、澜沧拉祜族自治县、富宁县，贵州省荔波县、镇宁布依族苗族自治县、黎平县，陕西省横山县、洛南县、陇县、旬阳县，甘肃省古浪县、西和县、广河县，广西壮族自治区环江毛南族自治县、龙胜各族自治县、靖西县，宁夏回族自治区海原县、固原市原州区、同心县等19个国家扶贫开发工作重点县2010年至2012年财政扶贫资金分配、管理和使用情况进行了审计。此次审计共涉及1600多个扶贫项目，抽查财政扶贫资金12．4亿元。

　　从审计情况看，2010年至2012年，19个县扶贫开发工作取得一定成效，各县贫困人口逐年减少，贫困地区农民收入增长较快，生产生活条件逐步改善。但审计也发现一些地方存在虚报冒领、挤占挪用、贪污侵吞扶贫资金等突出问题。

　　记者从审计署行政事业审计司了解到，对审计发现的问题，党中央、国务院和扶贫主管部门以及有关地方政府非常重视，要求有关部门认真整改。截至今年10月底，审计发现的违规违纪问题已整改2．14亿元。同时，通过重新调整项目等，清理消化长期结存扶贫款1．45亿元。
