　　新华网宜昌12月27日电(记者黎昌政 梁建强)中国科学院水生生物研究所、中国水产科学研究院长江水产研究所以及长江湖北宜昌中华鲟自然保护区救治监测中心27日下午结束了联合监测活动。结果显示，2013年仍未发现野生中华鲟自然产卵迹象，这是近32年来首次未监测到野生中华鲟自然产卵。

　　“我们从10月31日起就开始进入中华鲟核心保护区中华鲟产卵地附近进行监测。”中国水产科学研究院长江水产研究所工程师刘志刚表示，监测范围为葛洲坝水电站坝下15公里江段内。在为期58天的监测中，尽管几家科研单位综合采用了水下摄影、水下声呐探测、走访渔民和组织人工观察等多种途径，但始终未能监测到野生中华鲟自然产卵。

　　据悉，自上世纪80年代开始，野生中华鲟逐渐在长江宜昌江段形成了新的产卵场。相关科研机构开始对该江段的中华鲟自然繁殖活动展开监测。多年来，野生中华鲟自然产卵多集中在11月中旬，少数年份会在11月下旬。

　　中华鲟是中国特有的古老珍稀鱼类，也是世界现存鱼类中最原始的种类之一，被世界自然保护联盟列为濒危物种。
