　　27日15时30分左右，根据相关气象部门信息，昆明机场周边天气可能会对航班造成影响，机场方面通过官方微博等渠道发布天气预警信息，提醒旅客出行。截至17时左右，由于能见度持续下降，航班无法正常起降，机场大面积延误应急处置预案由三级响应升级至一级响应，昆明机场值机柜台及安检通道全部关闭。

　　记者在航站楼看到，大量旅客在排队等候办理退改签手续，机场广播在实时播报机场天气、航班取消、旅客疏散等信息。个别航空公司还开放值机柜台作为后台退改签，提高效率，但由于取消航班较多，航空公司退改签及旅客疏散压力较大。有关部门已通过移动、联通、电信的短信平台发送相关信息提醒旅客。

　　据介绍，27日昆明机场计划航班720架次，其中进港364架次，出港356架次。截至22时，已执行进港航班139架次，出港航班176架次；未执行进港81架次，未执行出港航班18架次；取消306架次，旅客滞留高峰时人数逾万人，机场及航空公司在餐食、设备保障、安全监护、交通、酒店安置等多方面竭力保障。截至23时，已累计疏散旅客1.2万余人，滞留旅客基本疏散完毕。

　　根据昆明气象部门预测，大雾天气将持续至28日11时左右，11时开始大雾将逐渐消散，天气状况好转。记者了解到，各航空公司28日10时前的航班将视天气情况及时研判、运行，10时后的航班将努力保障正常运行。
