　　新华网兰州12月27日电 (记者王艳明)甘肃省卫生计生委27日通报，26日上午，接兰州市卫生局电话报告，该市城关区发生一例幼儿接种乙型肝炎疫苗后疑似异常反应死亡病例。

　　经调查，该幼儿接种疫苗为甘肃省实施国家免疫规划由政府统一采购免费接种的一类乙肝疫苗，由大连汉信生物制药有限公司生产，接种单位、人员各项资质符合规定，接种操作符合预防接种工作规范，幼儿预防接种家长告知书、接种记录、冷链测温记录、出入库记录保存完整。

　　因死亡幼儿遗体已被掩埋，相关资料不全，亲历幼儿救治过程的家属情绪不稳无法与调查组人员见面，仅能凭其他家属转述当时情况，给调查工作带来很大困难，省市两级疑似预防接种异常反应调查专家组初步分析认为，目前不能排除预防接种异常反应，尚需进一步补充调查幼儿接种及死亡前后的病情变化细节等情况后，做进一步诊断。

　　甘肃省卫生计生委介绍，截至12月26日，甘肃省疑似预防接种异常反应监测系统共报告同批号乙肝疫苗一般反应39例，异常反应1例(为荨麻疹)，不包括此例。
