　　寒冷季节“诺如”爆发率高

　　12月24日下午，员村小学美林分校三年级数名学生相继出现呕吐症状，相同情况逐渐在校内蔓延。根据校方统计，到12月25日早上，出现呕吐症状的有69人，腹泻11人，发烧20人，部分学生需要送院接受治疗，院方诊断为细菌性感染肠胃炎。天河区疾控中心、食品安监等部门介入调查，收集学生的呕吐物进行检测。

　　昨日下午，天河区教育部门相关人士向记者表示，天河区疾控中心在员村小学发病学生的呕吐物中检测出诺如病毒，初步证实本次学生集体性腹泻疫情是由该病毒引起，具体原因有待进一步检测确认。据了解，该病毒在寒冷季节爆发率特别高，发病突然，可通过食物、水、互相接触等方式进行传播。

　　孩子们的病情得到控制

　　记者昨日回访发现，员村小学患病学生的情况已经基本得到控制。有家长告诉记者，孩子在医院打完点滴后，病情有了明显好转，目前还需要在家里休息。员村小学相关负责人告诉记者，昨日该校学生发病人数已经比前两天明显减少，“根据我们统计，今天新增了五六个病例，总体情况已经趋于稳定。”校方表示，绝大部分患病学生好转得比较快，部分前两天发病的学生已经完全康复，昨日已经回校上课。考虑到三年级是“重灾区”，为了安全起见，校方已通知三年级全级从昨日起停课两天。

　　距离员村小学约三公里的华融小学也有学生出现腹泻、腹痛等症状。天河区教育部门相关人士昨日下午向记者证实，目前华融小学发现约30名学生出现感染。

　　记者从中山大学附属第六医院处了解到，从24日起至发稿时止，该院共收治了90名腹泻、腹痛，部分合并呕吐的小学生，主要是员村小学和华融小学等学校三四年级的学生。该院医务部主任郭学峰介绍，仅仅在前日，该院就收治了患儿64名，昨日陆续有20多名孩子前来就医，而且还有增加的趋势。考虑到该病的传染性，医院目前已经设立特别诊室，对患病学生进行分流。

　　据了解，除中山六院外，天河区中医院、华侨医院等员村周边医院也收治了一批患儿。

　　中山六院的医生表示，本次疫情虽然来势汹汹，但目前孩子们的病情已经基本得到控制，不需要留院治疗。截止至昨日下午5时，已有30多个孩子基本痊愈，市民不必惊慌。
