　　对于初雪晚至的影响，李小泉分析称，降雪不至，北京比较干燥，而降雪能够湿润空气，人们会感觉比较舒服，“此外雪有利于越冬作物的生长，但北京的作物如小麦等正处于休眠期，而大棚作物等靠浇灌补水的并不依赖降雪，因此，初雪‘迟到’对生产的影响不大”。(完)
