　　下午15时49分，绵阳消防支队特勤中队接到119指挥中心调度称，绵阳市高新区磨家收费站入口处有一辆载有33吨煤炭的挂车起火。接到命令后，特勤中队立即出动1辆泡沫水罐车、2辆水罐消防车、官兵18人驰援事故现场。16时03分，特勤中队官兵赶到现场，此时火势正处在猛烈燃烧阶段，挂车尾部已全部陷入火海，并且大火还不断从挂车尾部向头部蔓延，事故导致收费站前后路段交通严重堵塞，现场交警已对现场展开警戒。
