尽管苹果要求禁售的产品（Galaxy S2等）目前已经不再销售，但是苹果表示禁售令依然至关重要，“三星持续向市场推出大量新产品，这些新产品与此前被判定侵权的产品差别微乎其微，所以禁售此前的产品对于苹果应对三星未来的侵权产品至关重要。”
