　　鸠山由纪夫表示，日中关系目前面临邦交正常化以来最严峻的局面，双方应让两国民众了解历史事实，努力通过对话妥善处理有关问题。两国应立足地区合作大局，继续推进经贸、金融、环保等领域合作，谋求互利共赢，共同推动构建东亚共同体。
