　　许增德，男，汉族， 1964年2月出生， 籍贯山西榆次，1988年5月加入中国共产党，1984年7月参加工作，北京农业工程大学电力工程专业毕业，硕士研究生学历，高级工程师。

　　曾担任北京商检局工程师、副处长，北京出入境检验检疫局机电处副处长、调研员，国 家认证认可监督管理委员会认证监管部二处处长、科技与标准管理部副主任(主持工 作)、主任、认证监管部主任，2013年任国家认证认可监督管理委员会总工程师、党组 成员。
