　　近期，深圳康泰生物制品股份有限公司生产的多个批次重组乙型肝炎疫苗(酿酒酵母)在婴儿接种后，连续在湖南、广东、四川等地发生疑似异常反应，已经出现数例死亡病例。

　　四川省卫生厅通告要求各市、县卫生部门把安全、有效、规范开展接种工作作为重中之重，疾病预防控制机构要加强疫苗储存、运输等环节的管理，确保疫苗质量，并加强预防接种单位的业务指导和培训，接种前做好预检分诊、核对、现场抢救药品准备、知情告知等工作，坚决杜绝不规范接种行为的发生。
