　　法院认为，被告彩春锋仅仅有妄想症状，除妄想外并无明确的感知觉障碍、思维形式障碍和精神分裂症状，其次在案发前，其并没有发病史和治疗史。

　　在羁押期间，其没有服用任何精神类药物。综上分析法院认定其患有偏执性精神障碍，系限制刑事责任能力人。
