Morning News (reporter Wang Qifeng) December 26, 120 anniversary of Chairman Mao. Yesterday, jointly organized by the National Museum and the central archives of the Giants-Mao Zedong-Mao Zedong's calligraphy and painting of famous contemporary sculpture exhibition at the opening of the Expo. Exhibition is divided into Mao Ze-Dong's sculpture, paintings and calligraphy works, Mao Zedong's three parts, will continue until March 30, 2014.

Exhibition of works, including 35 of Mao Ze-Dong's writing poetry and 85 pieces of poetry. Parts on display works of poetry and movement versions have minor differences.

国博展出近6米高毛泽东雕塑(图)|毛泽东|雕塑|国家博物馆_新闻资讯

　　晨报讯 (记者 王歧丰)12月26日，是毛主席诞辰120周年。昨天，由国家博物馆和中央档案馆联合举办的《巨人毛泽东——毛泽东书法与当代名家雕塑绘画展》在国博开幕。展览分为毛泽东书法作品、毛泽东雕塑及绘画作品三部分，将持续至2014年3月30日。

　　这次展出的作品，包括毛泽东书写的35件自作诗和85件古诗词。展出的部分诗词作品内容与通行版本有细微差别。

　　国家博物馆副馆长陈履生介绍，此次展出的13件毛泽东雕塑作品，均为现当代名家创作。有的作品体型巨大，在布展时花了不少心思。比如展厅正中的毛主席雕像，高度近6米，重量也在2吨左右。为了让雕塑既站得稳，又不至于压坏地面，国博方面特意在展品下面铺设了木板减压。

　　据陈履生介绍，在展出的油画中，其中一幅《毛主席去安源》是此类油画流传最广的作品之一，创作于文革期间。
