　　据记者了解，周建邦所租住房屋属原国有企业河南省建材厂公有房产，周建邦是该厂退休职工，该企业于2010年进入破产程序，2011年7月通过公开挂牌拍卖，2011年10月，产权受让方与原建材厂职工签订职工身份置换协议，2012年5月，职工全部领取安置补偿金。至此，按照企业公有房屋管理相关规定，原企业职工应搬出公有住房，但仍有部分人员还暂时住在建材厂公有房屋。
