　　中新网秦皇岛12月21日电 (王宝德 崔大力 王鹏)河北省秦皇岛市中级人民法院21日透露，当日上午，该院宣读了最高人民法院对犯有贩卖、运输毒品罪的被告人毛晓静的死刑命令。随后，依照最高人民法院的死刑复核裁定和执行死刑的命令，将罪犯毛晓静押赴刑场执行死刑。

　　被告人毛晓静，女，汉族，1976年12月13日出生于黑龙江省伊春市，初中文化，无业，住河北省秦皇岛市海港区。2011年6月4日被逮捕。

　　经最高人民法院复核确认，2010年9月，被告人毛晓静指使同案被告人郭某(已判刑)到四川省成都市，从同案被告人肖某某(已判刑)处购得甲基苯丙胺500克。郭某根据毛晓静安排，全部卖给孙某利、郝某某(均另案处理)。

　　2011年1月，被告人毛晓静再次指使郭某前往成都市购买毒品。郭某购得甲基苯丙胺3500克、海洛因700克。郭某按照毛晓静的安排，将其中1000克甲基苯丙胺卖给孙某利、郝某某。

　　2011年2月中旬，毛晓静安排郭某、孙某(同案被告人，已判刑)前往成都市，从其他毒贩处以人民币120万元的价格购得甲基苯丙胺6700克、海洛因700克，并通过物流公司运回河北省秦皇岛市贩卖。

　　2011年4月18日至20日，毛晓静指使孙某、侯某某(同案被告人，已判刑)到成都市购买毒品。经肖某某介绍，孙某、侯某某从同案被告人樊某某(已判刑)处以人民币60余万元的价格购得甲基苯丙胺2786.63克。后郭某、孙某、侯某某通过物流公司将所购甲基苯丙胺运回秦皇岛市，在海港区某物流货站被公安机关当场查获。

　　2011年4月25日，毛晓静与肖某某电话联系，准备安排孙某、侯某某于次日携带人民币20万元前往成都市购买毒品，因被抓获未果。随后，公安人员分别从毛晓静住处，及海港区孙某、侯某某住处查获部分甲基苯丙胺、海洛因及毒资等。

　　法院审理认为，被告人毛晓静结伙贩卖、运输甲基苯丙胺、海洛因等毒品，其行为已构成贩卖、运输毒品罪。贩卖、运输毒品数量大、社会危害严重，毛晓静系共同犯罪中罪责最大的主犯，应依法惩处。遂依照相关法律规定，对被告人毛晓静以贩卖、运输毒品罪判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。(完)
