　　新华网石家庄12月21日电(记者李俊义 白明山)记者从石家庄市公安交通管理局获悉，因持续雾霾，为保障公众健康，石家庄市于12月21日上午10时起，实施重污染天气Ⅱ级预警应急响应，并首次启动机动车尾号限行措施。

　　按照《石家庄市重污染天气应急预案(暂行)》要求，12月21日上午10时起实施Ⅱ级预警应急响应限行措施，有关车辆限行措施中，军队、警务、急救、抢险等应急车辆、民生保障车辆、公交车、出租车除外。

　　限行实施范围为市区三环以内道路，机动车尾号限行20%，限行尾号按日推算，第一天限行尾号：1、6；第二天限行尾号：2、7；第三天限行尾号：3、8；第四天限行尾号：4、9；第五天限行尾号：5、0，以此类推。尾号为英文字母的以最后一位数字为准。

　　另外，大货车(黄牌)、黄标车、无标车、三轮汽车以及摩托车禁止进入三环内行驶，引导过境车辆避开主城区行驶。载货汽车(蓝牌)、危险品运输车辆每日6时至24时禁止驶入三环以内。通告显示，上述相关措施将从12月21日10时起实施，直到重污染天气Ⅱ级预警应急响应结束为止。

　　河北省气象台21日5时、6时分别发布大雾橙色预警信号和霾黄色预警信号，预计21日早晨到上午，保定南部、沧州西部、石家庄东部、衡水、邢台、邯郸东部有雾，部分地区能见度小于200米。
