　　习近平表示，中共十八届三中全会对全面深化改革作出了总体部署，这是事关国家发展的重大战略部署。在这个过程中，内地将发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用，更好发挥政府作用，这有利于扩大对港澳台的开放合作，内地和香港的交流合作将更加深入，香港将赢得更多发展机遇和更大发展空间。
