　　新华网哈尔滨12月18日电（记者潘祺）18日，有媒体报道在15日举行的黑龙江省2014年普通高等学校艺术类招生考试中，鹤岗市一考点在考试时出现了放错考试影片、更改考试时间等情况，受到网民持续关注。记者18日从黑龙江省招考部门获悉，确有放错考试影片、重新考试一事，当地正在对相关责任人进行调查处理。

　　据网民爆料，在黑龙江省本应同步进行的广播电视编导专业类艺术考试“观影写影评”考试项目中，鹤岗市一中第二考场放错了影片，并要求考生第二天早上统一再参加一次考试。考生和家长收到600元“补偿款”，并且当地相关部门在电话通知中明确表示，第二天补考考生可携带手机，考场不开屏蔽器。

　　据黑龙江省招考办相关负责人介绍，影视分析科目考试时间为12月15日8：00—10：00时（播放40分钟），考前2天各考场用电脑和投影仪分别播放了测试用光盘。考试开始时，因鹤岗市一中第二考场的测试光盘内容未及时删除，播放员安装完考试用光盘后又误操作，将未删除的测试用光盘内容播放，而此时，第三考场播放设备出现故障，播放员又匆忙赶至第三考场。另外，听音考试需关门静音，其他人员不能进入干扰，因此错放事故未能在考试期间及时纠正处理。

　　影视分析科目考试结束后，验收试卷时，验收人员发现第二考场考生所答内容与其他考场不一致。事故发生后，鹤岗市教育局、鹤岗市政府即刻研究，经省招考办同意，决定启用副题，并于第二天对第二考场27名考生重新进行考试。

　　目前，鹤岗市政府已责成市教育局，对相关责任人调查处理，并相应承担给予考生补助费用。黑龙江省招考办表示，鹤岗市一中第二考场补考试卷已返到省招考办评卷点，其试卷将按照全省统一标准和规范、公平公正进行评阅，其成绩也将在全省统一发布成绩时予以发布。

　　对于网民称“第二天补考考生可携带手机，考场不开屏蔽器”一事，相关部门未予回应。
