　　就美国国务卿克里日前访问越南、菲律宾期间在南海问题上高调表态，外交部发言人华春莹在12月18日的例行记者会上表示，有关国家应恪守不选边站队的承诺，谨言慎行。

　　华春莹说，中方注意到有关表态。中方一贯主张由有关国家通过直接谈判解决南海问题。在“南海行为准则”问题上，中国和东盟国家一直保持顺畅、有效沟通。希望有关国家尊重中国和东盟国家为此所做的努力，恪守在南海问题上不选边站队的承诺，谨言慎行，多做有利于增进本地区国家间的相互信任，有利于维护本地区和平与稳定的事情，而不是相反。
