　　会上，共青团福建省组织部部长杨溢宣读团工委成立批复及任职通知，共青团天津市委书记刘志强、共青团福建省委书记何明华共同为福建驻津团工委授牌，并签订《建立福建驻津团工委共建共管共促机制的协议》。
