据报道，三星方面认为在重审过程中苹果通过种族主义思想误导陪审团才赢了官司。三星表示，在审判过程中，苹果有意将三星描绘成威胁美国国家经济的外来势力，通过该民族主义思想诱导法官Lucy Koh基于民族国家利益而最终判定三星侵权侵权成立。

但是即便如此执着，三星也未必可以扭转战局。此前在韩国本土三星起诉苹果侵权就以败诉告终，鉴于这些过往，三星也许该在下一步行动前多考虑一下了。
