　　2013年9月，金华市公安局婺城分局接到金华市婺城区食品药品监督管理局移送案件称：有售假分子将假冒的“苯磺酸氨氯地平片”、“盐酸贝那普利片”等处方药片剂销往金华。

　　证实案情后，婺城公安迅速成立专案组辗转北京、山东、安徽等地，通过对资金流、物流、信息流等涉案信息开展缜密侦查，发现涉及11个省的十余条制售假药线索。

　　经深挖扩线，一个以谭丽峰等人为首的家族式犯罪团伙逐渐浮出水面。该团伙组织分工明确，大姐谭丽峰负责在北京、山东等地收购假药；妹妹谭丽萍在网上寻找卖家，通过加qq群，在群内散布假药信息为手段兜售假药，所有的药品100盒起批发；弟弟和父亲负责发货，物色当地及周边地区医院的保洁人员，利用该人群工作之便，收购各种药品处方药包装盒、说明书、瓶子、包装箱。

　　10月30日，婺城公安分局组织经侦、派出所等警种民警远赴北京、山东德州对5名犯罪嫌疑人进行抓捕，并捣毁2个制假窝点，2个仓储窝点和3个销售窝点，扣押了3台电脑、1台打码机、大量生产原料和包材等物品。此外，现场还查获了假冒立普妥1500余盒、金水宝胶囊1000余盒、波立维600余盒、易瑞沙、格列卫等药品若干盒，共计3000余盒假冒药品，涉案金额达900余万元。

　　目前，犯罪嫌疑人谭立平、谭丽峰、谭昌军已被婺城分局依法刑事拘留，案件仍在进一步侦查中。(完)
