人民网昆明12月17日电 (杨文明、李发兴)记者16日从云南机场集团获悉，经过各地民航系统工作人员及部队官兵的共同努力，云南省内各机场16日14:30开始逐步恢复正常，今日已全部恢复正常。截止上午10时，昆明机场已执行进港航班18架次，出港航班42架次。
16日，受冰雪天气影响，云南机场集团所属12个机场的航班受到了不同程度的影响。大理机场于8：30进行除冰雪作业，经过2个多小时的作业，跑道于10：50分恢复使用。文山机场也面临了自开航以来的第一场大雪天气，迪庆、西双版纳等地的机场均取消当日往返昆明的航班。截至16日14：30，昆明以外各机场共取消航班92架次，延误航班22架次，受影响的旅客8742名，安置延误旅客5220名。
