　　【新民网·独家报道】今天(12月16日)20时许，多名网友曝料称黄浦区淮海中路雁荡路口的妇女用品商店顶楼发生火灾。有目击者称，事发时，有居民爬出窗外站在空调外机上求生，还有一人为逃生从楼上跳下。记者了解到，跳楼者受伤，火灾共造成1人死亡1人受伤。

　　据网友介绍，事发时火光冲天，浓烟滚滚，随后公安、消防抵达现场展开救援。目击者告诉记者，消防到现场后，除了搭设梯子准备救人，还在雁荡路上放置了一个气垫。

　　有目击者称，事发时，有居民爬出窗外求生，在网友发布的照片上记者看到，有居民站在空调外机上。据悉，两位站在窗外求生的居民都被消防队员救下。据网友称，失火后有一人从楼上跳下。

　　此外，由于搭设气垫，雁荡路曾实施了临时交通管制。 目前具体伤亡情况警方还在进一步核实中。
