　　南都讯 沉寂数月的中石油腐败窝案又有新进展。近日中国石油天然气集团公司总会计师、党组成员温青山被传协助调查。昨日，有中石油内部人士已向记者证实此事。

　　现年55岁的温青山，在中石油财务系统拥有近30年的工作经历。1999年5月，温青山就任中石油财务资产部副主任，2002年5月升任主任，同年获聘为上市公司中国石油天然气股份有限公司监事。2007年11月，温青山任中国石油天然气集团公司副总会计师兼财务资产部主任，2013年7月29日，中石油在其官网公告称，根据国务院国资委和国资委党委的任免文件，温青山接替61岁的王国樑，担任总会计师、党组成员职务，并兼任集团财务资产部总经理。自2009年5月至2010年3月，温青山同时还担任中石油控股的昆仑银行董事和昆仑信托董事长。

　　今年8月27日，与温青山同时进入中石油党组的中石油原副总经理李华林被宣布涉嫌严重违纪，正接受组织调查，香港上市公司昆仑能源发布公告，称李华林辞去公司董事长兼执行董事职务，温青山出任执行董事。

　　温青山拥有教授级高级会计师职称，毕业于中国人民大学会计学专业，亦是北京大学EM BA学员，硕士学位。

　　作为总会计师，温青山主要负责中石油的资金运用，比如西气东输的筹资。近年来中石油在管道建设上每年投资3000亿元，资本金越来越紧缺，在温青山的主导下，新建的西气东输三线募集了300亿元左右的社会资金。此后，借鉴这个经验，中石油将已经投入运营的西一线、二线部分股权套现。中石油股份公司以其下属的西部管道分公司所管理西一、西二线西段、涩宁兰线、轮库线和鄯乌线等5条天然气管线及5条原油管线、5条成品油管线出资，与泰康资产、国联基金成立中石油管道联合有限公司，实现融资600亿元，合资期限20年。

　　近几年，随着中石油国际化战略加快，温青山参与了中石油的多项国际业务谈判，包括中俄石油管道的谈判，以及与伊朗石油贸易的结算问题。财新网
