　　针对本月中旬河南省出现的“淇县法官被举报接受吃请找小姐”一事，该省高院决定从即日起开展为期1个半月的专项整治活动，以此清除“害群之马”。

　　12月11日，有网民在某视频网站发贴称，“河南省鹤壁市淇县法院法官接受案件当事人吃请、到KTV找小姐、桑拿嫖娼，及淇县法院院长了解此案后的录音”，并上传了视频材料。

　　事发后，河南法院证实确有法院干警多次接受案件当事人委托代理人安排的宴请、洗浴及歌厅娱乐活动的事实。并作出了处理决定，1名当事干警被开除公职、1名被清理出法院队伍，1名负有领导责任的执行局长“连坐”被提请官方免去现有职务。

　　是次专项整治内容涉及接受案件当事人及委托代理人支付费用的宴请、娱乐、健身、旅游等消费活动；接受当事人及委托代理人的请托，出面联络或者安排法院内部人员参加的宴请及各类休闲娱乐活动；接受案件当事人及委托代理人的礼金、礼品、各种有价证券、支付凭证和其他财产性利益。

　　为确保举报渠道畅通，河南省高级人民法院还专门设立举报电话。在追责查处方面，尤其提到凡被举报有上述情形之一的法院干警，一律先停职；凡经调查属实，情节严重的，一律开除。同时，致使下属发生严重违法违纪问题的法院院长、主管院长，也将按照规定追究责任。

　　河南省高院一负责人表示，整治活动就是要坚决纠正查案工作中存在的‘失之于软、失之于宽’现象，切实做到有案必查、有腐必惩，决不姑息、决不手软，坚决清除法院队伍中的害群之马。(完)
