　　新华网北京12月16日电(记者孔祥鑫) 记者16日晚从北京市住建委获悉，截至14日，北京市首个自住型商品住房项目——恒大“御景湾”网上申购登记工作已经结束，网上购房初步登记的家庭共14.8万户。

　　据开发企业统计，在网上申购登记期内，通过恒大“御景湾”项目网站完成网上购房初步登记的家庭共14.8万户，其中经济适用房、两限房轮候家庭8023组；另本市户籍家庭12.4万户，非本市户籍家庭1.58万户。
