　　人民网广州12月17日电(老盈盈 沈安信)本月11日凌晨1时26分，深圳市光明新区公明办事处根竹园社区荣健农副产品批发市场发生重大火灾，造成16死亡，5人受伤，过火面积1290平方米。

　　经事故调查组调查，导致此次事故发生的直接原因是：荣健农副产品批发市场B区A栋的A56号商铺内西南角上方的自制冷藏室空气冷却器电源线短路所致。

　　调查分析指出，事故暴露出违法乱搭建，没有消防设计审核、验收，商铺之间联通，未采取有效的防火分隔和技术防范措施；存在经营、储存、住宿“三合一”等违法行为；建筑顶棚和自制冷藏室使用夹有聚氨酯泡沫的板材，导致起火后火势迅速蔓延并释放大量有毒烟气；消防安全意识淡薄、消防安全责任不落实、消防安全管理混乱、隐患整治不坚决、不彻底等问题。

　　事故调查组初步认为，深圳市“12?11”火灾事故是一起违法搭建、消防安全责任不落实、管理不到位等造成的重大责任事故。

　　另外，深圳市公安机关已对5名相关责任人员依法刑事拘留。深圳市和光明新区组织人力、物力全力做好安抚和伤员救治工作，5名受伤人员已有1名出院，其他4名受伤人员住院治疗，伤情好转，均无生命危险。16名遇难者的身份已全部确认，当地相关部门正积极做好善后等相关工作。推荐阅读：
