　　本报北京12月14日电 (记者陆娅楠)住房和城乡建设部13日对外公布全国首批20个建设美丽宜居小镇、美丽宜居村庄示范名单。云南腾冲和顺镇、浙江奉化溪口镇等8个镇确定为全国美丽宜居小镇示范；江苏南京石塘村、河南信阳郝堂村等12个村确定为美丽宜居村庄示范。

　　这是我国首次评选美丽宜居村镇。首批20个美丽村镇是从我国约2万建制镇、60多万行政村中脱颖而出。据住房和城乡建设部村镇建设司司长赵晖介绍，为了推动大中小城市和小城镇协调发展，促进城镇化和新农村建设协调推进，美丽宜居村镇特别提出“七不要”的基本要求：一要尊重村镇的原有格局，不要拆村并点；二不要一味建新村新镇；三要以民为本，不要以形象为本、打造行政中心或工业中心；四要保持和塑造村镇特色，不要盲目照搬城市模式；五要保持传统文化的真实性和完整性，不要拆旧建新、嫁接杜撰；六要绿色低碳，不要贪大求洋；七要尊重居民意愿，不要代民做主，强行推进。

　　据介绍，住房和城乡建设部日前已开展全国村庄规划试点工作。试点村庄的规划内容包括村域发展与控制规划、村庄整治规划、田园风光及特色风貌保护规划、村民住宅设计及规划指引。
