　　这份建议信由来自北京、河北、河南、陕西、山东、上海、湖南、湖北、广东、四川、海南等十几个省市共30位律师共同署名。广东律师陆妙卿指出，在计生政策的制定中没有充分考虑到妇女的权利，在执行过程更是给妇女子宫造成了非常大的伤害。
