　　央广网北京12月14日消息（记者杜希萌）据中国之声《全国新闻联播》报道，针对部分地区在面对严重空气污染时，发布预警应急信息不及时的情况，环保部发布通知，除了批评一些地区面对公众关切不回应、不发声的情况，还明确要求各地，要权威、及时发布雾霾监测信息。

　　环保部要求各地要建立空气重污染监测预警信息报送制度。一旦出现空气重污染状况，要及时向地方政府报送信息，为是否启动应急预案提供决策参考。目前，北京市已经照此要求执行。

　　北京市环保监测中心高级工程师孙峰：北京和周边地区的京津冀空气质量情况我们都要进行实时监测，因为有时候涉及到污染传输的问题，预报团队讨论后给出最终的一个预报结果，报送给环保部门，最终来以此决定是否要启动重污染应急预案。

　　此外，通知还要求，要进一步增强信息发布的权威性、时效性，通过电视，广播，报纸，微博等各种渠道进行发布。必要时，也要组织专家做好空气污染成因、趋势变化和防护措施等方面解释工作。河北省环保厅监测站站长谢剑锋表示，这将有利于规范各地针对重污染天气的应急处置。
