　　新华网西安12月15日电（记者程露）记者14日从西安市公安局高新分局经侦大队获悉，经过数日摸排暗访，公安部门已成功打掉一个占地2000多平方米的毒豆芽工厂，现场查获成品、半成品毒豆芽5000多公斤，抓获9名涉案人员。

　　据警方介绍，这个毒豆芽工厂位于西安市雁塔区一村庄内，白天基本大门紧闭，晚上时常灯火通明，却没有机器声响。经过十多天摸排走访，民警了解到，这个工厂专门加工毒豆芽，每天产量达上万斤，于夜间向西安市多个批发市场运送。

　　14日，西安市公安局高新分局经侦大队对该工厂进行突查，将现场9名工人控制，并在豆芽加工房间内，发现了豆芽无根素等有毒非法添加剂、84消毒液、大量现金及账本。

　　民警介绍说，该窝点生产毒豆芽时，先用豆芽无根素对豆子进行浸泡，然后将浸泡过的豆芽放在恒温的生长室。添加过无根素的豆子，1斤能泡出约15斤豆芽，豆芽可以长到15厘米到20厘米，利润可观。

　　目前，涉案9人已被关押，涉案豆芽提取部分已送往相关部门检验，其余将依法销毁，案件仍在进一步调查中。
