　　央广网北京12月15日消息（记者栾红）据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，环保部污染防治司副司长汪健在昨天召开的东亚大气污染治理与环保产业国际合作峰会上表示：《大气法》已经形成初稿，明年初将报国务院。

　　汪健：大气质量发布以后，环保部全力推动大气行动计划的落实工作，现在已经基本完成了和31个省市空气质量改善目标，到2017年目标的确认工作基本完成。现在跟各个省签订责任书，这项工作也已经基本告一段落。同时我们现在环境监管的力度在不断的加大，特别是对京津冀这13个地级及以上城市，我们环境监察队伍一个月一督察，采取的是暗访和突击检查这种方式。暗查都带着记者。我们现在信息公开的力度在加大，暗访这些查处的情况，我们每个月会通过新闻通气会的方式向全社会公开查处的结果。
