　　央广网宁波12月13日消息 据中国之声《新闻纵横》报道，在去年12月一个中午，一声轰然巨响打破了宁波市江东区徐戎三村的宁静，这里一幢6层楼的房屋突然整体倒塌，造成一死一伤。这栋房屋属于上世纪80年代末90年代初建起的一批多层砖混楼，设计寿命为50年，为何房龄刚20出头，就整体倒塌了呢？

　　近日，负责调查房屋倒塌事故的调查组在经过一年的调查后公布了调查结果：认定该事故是一起严重的责任事故。原来倒塌房屋几乎每一层都存在拆改承重墙体、违法搭建、改变房屋使用性质等现象，尤其是底层承重墙体被拆改得最为严重，导致底层大部分墙体承载力严重不足。而且房屋的工程质量也存在问题，部分结构材料强度不足，防潮层施工不规范，墙体砌筑砂浆抗压强度等多项指标不达标。先天不足，后天多病，这样的房子不倒才怪。

　　相关负责人表示，鉴于徐戎一、二、三村的房屋存在不同程度的安全隐患，将采取对危房加固或整体改造、另行安置居民的措施。
