　　南海网海口12月15日消息(南海网记者李晓梅)因受强降雨影响，海南万宁市电网10千伏线路跳闸21条次，其中紧急停运8条次。部分线路还因故障跳闸停运，配电变压器损坏，影响了4.8万多户用户用电。截至15日15时，部分线路已紧急修复，2万多户用户恢复供电。

　　从12月14日晚开始，万宁市出现有气象记录以来冬季最强降雨，15小时内降雨达447毫米，万城镇等多个村镇被淹，超3.5万人被困。截至15日早上7时，降雨量最大的万城镇24小时降雨量达到510.5毫米。

　　记者15日从海南电网公司万宁供电局了解到，截止15日10时，万宁市10千伏线路跳闸21条次，其中紧急停运8条次，接地停运5条次，故障跳闸8条次；10千伏断杆1基、倒杆17基、斜杆40基；配电变压器损坏2台；影响台区801个，影响用户48065户。

　　为确保暴雨期间电网安全运行，万宁供电局根据天气情况于14日17时发布暴雨橙色预警，迅速启动全局防汛三级应急响应预案。19时，受强降雨影响，110千伏万宁变电站、万城开闭所水位不断升高，严重威胁设备安全，该局迅速组织86名抢险人员紧急救灾，及时控制了变电站内的水位，确保变电站设备安全稳定运行。
